Role Overview:
As a Sales Appointment Representative, you'll focus on scheduling in-home consultations for homeowners interested in upgrading their windows. Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits to arrange qualified sales appointments.
• Educate homeowners about the advantages of our window solutions.
• Participate in team training sessions and meetings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and follow up as needed.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Requirements:

• No prior sales experience required—entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Flexible availability for up to 40 hours per week.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Completion of required Sales Trainings.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation needed.
• Willingness to travel for up to 7 days at a time.

Compensation:

Expected annual earnings between $80,000 and $150,000+, with final details discussed during
the interview based on your experience and fit for the role.
